Digital Book and Web Illustration

I create my illustrations using either a Wacon drawing pad and Adobe Photoshop or in Adobe Illustrator as vector images.

I also use graphite pencil to create non-digital images, although I haven't done any of those for a long time because creating illustrations digitally is easier for printing and the web. I am including some as examples because the feel of those is completely different from digital illustrations and may be preferable to some people.

I draw technical illustrations for the water and mining industries. These are always created in Adobe Illustrator as line drawings. Okay, so these aren't as fun to do as the Photoshop or Illustrator drawings, but there is a certain Zen experience in creating them.

I have not included the crow animation on this page to avoid conflict with the slideshow animation.
