The large thumbnail sizes must be the same throughout or there is an unacceptable flickering of the thumbnails during mouse hover. |

Unless all the images are the same height, design should be restricted so that nothing appears below the slideshow or when images resize, large awkward gaps will appear (demonstrated here). |

The links under the first button only change if the mouse is moved off the dropdown menu and then returned. If takes a few tries to figure out, but eventually it becomes obvious. |
