This template is strong and simple. With just a few changes it could work as well for a construction company as it could for a financial, therapy, or medical company. Really, any kind of company that wants a strong, artistic page with excellent focus. (To return to the Semi-Custom Template Overview page, click on the arrow icon in the upper right corner.)
Here are a list of possible changes you can make to transform this template. If you can think of other changes after looking through the Site Building Blocks pages, let me know and we can discuss those instead.
•	Replace the banner background with a graphic element more in keeping with your business or make it a solid color.
•	Replace the image with one related to your business. Both pictures or drawings can work.
•	Insert your logo and a tag line that "speaks" to you.
•	Change the color of the background to complement your site's color.
•	Customize the Menu Bar and its animation for your site's colors and theme.
•	In place of a Menu Bar navigation, you could use a Dropdown, Multiple Options Dropdown, or Tab Bar Menu navigation.
•	Change the two-column format of the body area to be one column or three columns.
•	In place of an Accordion Panel in the sidebar, you could use a Tab Panel or a Vertical Scroller.
•	In the right column you could insert an Elevator Panel or a Slideshow Magic, Image Rotator, or Horizontal Slideshow system in place of the text or in addition to the text.
•	Remove the left sidebar column and use a Glide Panel, an Elevator Panel, or a Horizontal Slideshow for the entire page.
•	The height of the border around the body text area automatically adjusts to fit the text inside. I used a rebar effect for this template. Patterns on the side lines are difficult because they made be cut off as the area grows or shrinks. It's best to keep it very simple or, even better, a single straight line. However, the bottom border can be customized with different corner effects, such as rounded corners, inverse rounded corners (like the ones on my site), curly corners, or nearly anything, including small images, that you can think of as long as the bottom design does not become so tall as to overpower the rest of the page.
